Application
The quality of dulling PA6 chips is stable, and it has uniform relative molecular weight, outstanding performance in electric isolation, Alkali resistance, abrasion resistance and corrosion resistance. It is mainly applied to   high-speed spinning of Nylon filament.  Nylon filament is usually used to make socks, underwear, shirts, sweatshirts, ski jackets and raincoats, depending on its good performance in high breaking strength, light proportion, good flexibility and dyeing property. Due to special additives were added during the polymerization process, high-performance PA-6 semi-dulling chips has a better performance in spinnability and uniform dyeing, compared with regular semi-dulling chips, making it especially suitable for spinning FDY, fine denier DTY and HOY.

The quality of bright PA6 chips is stable, and it has uniform relative molecular weight, outstanding performance in electric isolation, Alkali resistance, abrasion resistance and corrosion resistance. It is mainly applied to Superior electrical insulation property, Alkali resistance, abrasion resistance and corrosion resistance. It is mainly applied in the field of nylon short silk spinning. Nylon short fibers can be blended with cotton, wool and viscose fibers, making the material possessing good abrasive resistance and strength. It also can be used  as nylon clasp, carpet decoration cloth, etc. Products like tyre fabrics, band carrier, fishing net and mooring rope are mainly made by PA6 bright chips in industry.

BaLing polycaprolactam PA-6 chips( Engineering plastic level) is produced by our professional polymerization device. This product has superior mechanical property, nice self-lubricating function, abrasion resistance and corrosion resistance. It also has uniform particles in chips, uniform molecular weight distribution and good rheological behavior, fit for enhancing modification of efficiency, alloy, etc.

The kind of PA6 synthetic resin which is specially used for making films is high-viscous nylon 6 resin which contains some special additives. We use the  large size of VK tubular continuously polymerization device to produce two-way stretch membrane, multilayer co-extrusion composite membrane, stretch membrane, blow membrane.

Nylon bearing are widely used in automobiles, toys, and the non-mechanical and electrical field, It has good abrasion resistance, small friction coefficient condition and easy for molding and turning. The composite Nylon bearing modified by padding glass fiber, Lauren fiber, PTFE and MOS2  can bear 300℃ working temperature.  Nano PA-6 has an outstanding complex performance. It can be used to manufacture high-intensitive tyre cord, fishing net, band carrier as well as various automotive parts that need to bear high temperatures or need to be high-intensitive, such as parts of engine, wheel covers, grills, dampers, shock absorbers, buffer units, electric and body frameworks, etc.

The steel rail insulation is the insulation part of railway track line. In order to ensure the accurate orbitting, the rail connection must possess good insulation and high compression strength. At present, most of the steel rail insulations are made from PA and super-tough PA.
